We are dedicated to creating comfortable, elegant, and bright fully furnished homes for medium term rentals.

Each of the four residences boasts incredible natural light, panoramic views of the city, and a charming outdoor space. They are located within a private gated compound in the heart of Echo Park, offering private parking.

Our units were fully renovated between 2022-24 and equipped with high-end appliances to ensure your smoothest and relaxed stay.

They have all been decorated by home owners and interior designers Anne and François Moret

Anne & François have always been passionate travellers. They have lived in Belgium, Argentina, Spain, France, California and now Mexico. ‘We try to bring our sensibility and love for contemporary art and design to co-create a style with the culture and nature we find ourselves in.’ Anne & François have remodeled and designed homes for over a decade and are now hosting guests in Los Angeles, Brussels and Arles. ‘Every piece of furniture or object is picked with love and care; our mission is to design homes we would want to live in’.

The project is the concept of LA based architect Serge Sarkis, head of design at Reimagine, a company he established in 2013 that specializes in offering bespoke and unique design solutions with a strong modern identity crafted both locally and in Italy.

The garden has been redesigned by local landscape designer Dune Gardens who focus on creating ecological gardens composed only of California native plants
